Debate: Students' mental health is not taken seriously

The range of student health services varies across the country. At a minimum, there are two full-time employees per 10,000 students, and at most there are ten. There are no national guidelines for what student health should look like, which SFS chair Linn Svärd writes about in the Altinget today.

Clearer national coordination is needed. The government has commissioned the development of a joint web portal for student healthcare, which will contribute to increased collaboration. But to address inequality, guidelines are needed for what student healthcare should actually look like.
