Linn Svärd would like to thank the student welfare officerbids in an article in The Spy ahead of the safety representatives' day 27 October. SFS also hopes that the government will do a better job of supporting work environment work.
Here is an excerpt from the article:
One of my first assignments in the student union was as a student safety representative. It is an experience I will always carry with me - everything from having tried out new chairs and quality-controlled which wheels should be on the chair to contributing to the work of developing questionnaire questions to follow up the psychosocial study environment. The student safety representatives work in silence to ensure that all students are as well off as possible. Before the safety delegates' day, I think it's time to pay attention to the important work that often otherwise goes unnoticed.
