Welcome to the digital member meeting!

Day and time: April 10th from 15-17 pm.

Location: Digitally via Zoom. Link is attached in the calendar invitation. Please let Elin know if you would like to attend the digital member meeting, but have not received a calendar invitation.

Our program will include:

At this meeting we are preparing for SFSFUM 2025! The Presidium will begin with a FUM school where everything that could be good to know about SFSFUM is discussed. This year's meetingpresidium then goes through Vote it, the meeting tool used during FUM. Finally, we go through the role of delegation leader. The goal is that at the end of the meeting we will feel ready and motivated for SFSFUM 2025! There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and if you already have questions, you can email them to [email protected]

As usual, we will dedicate some time of the meeting to free discussions, where you can raise questions outside the theme that you would like to discuss with other unions or SFS. Here too, it is good to send questions in advance to [email protected], so we can prepare better.

15.00-15.50: Intro and SFSFUM School
15.50-16.00: Pause
16.00-16:  Vote-it school
16.20 - 16.40: The word is free!
16: 40-17.00 Delegation leader school – especially relevant for those of you who are delegation leaders during this year's general council.
