The theme of the meeting is management group work and the participation of working life in YH training courses. As student representatives, you are all part of your education's management group. The management team must ensure that the education is relevant, of high quality and meets the expectations of the labor market. Above all, the management team means anchoring in the relevant working life, and must ensure that you come out with the right skills in the right professional role after completing your education. Therefore, a committed working life is required.
But what are the keys to a well-functioning management team, and what role do you student representatives have in it? How can working life representatives best contribute to the development and quality of education and help in the LIA process? What should you do as a student to broaden your network of contacts?
We are visited by working life representatives from management groups within YH who talk about their experiences of management group work, and share good examples and tips. The presentation is followed by discussion and questions.
