NOTE: Addresses must be included on all invoices, even if you email them. It is important to keep the following things in mind when sending invoices by email:

  • Only 1 invoice per email. PDF, TIFF and PNG are acceptable formats.
  • The email may only contain one file – an additional file with, for example, a logo or business card will not work.
  • Information about SFS's invoice address must be stated on the invoice.
