As operations coordinator at SFS, you are the spider in the web that moves SFS operations forward. You are the chancellery's mainstay for all activities and the link between the board and the chancellery. You are responsible for planning and implementing SFS administration and running finances. You are responsible for following up the office's work and are administrative support for all parts of the organization. 

Some typical examples of tasks are keeping documents in a diary, planning for board meetings and member meetings, as well as invoice and contract management. You are also helpful and perform tasks related to the office's work environment work and hold reconciliation meetings with your colleagues. We are looking for a partner and lovely colleague!

We are looking for you as:

  • Is thorough, structured and enjoys administrative tasks.
  • Can have multiple activities running but still see the details.
  • Has an interest in work environment issues and provides good treatment.

SFS is a smaller workplace with two elected representatives and five employees with different tasks, where much is based on everyone taking responsibility for their own work. It is advantageous if you have a university education and knowledge of the higher education sector. It is also advantageous if you have experience of or understanding of the relationship between a non-profit board and an office with employees. The SFS office is in Stockholm, but remote work is possible.

Form of employment is permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. Access by agreement. The position is full-time, 38,75 hours a week. We have a collective agreement and apply individual wage setting.
