Background
The University Chancellor's Office (UKÄ) reviews the quality in higher education and the higher education institutions' systems for quality assurance of higher education and research.
Sweden must be a leading knowledge nation and the universities must create and spread knowledge and research that everyone benefits from, both individuals and society. Higher education plays an important role, not least for Sweden's competitiveness, growth and supply of skills. It is important for students, employers and society that all higher education in Sweden is of high quality, with educations that are useful and prepare students and doctoral students for a future professional life.
We are looking for
SFS is looking for interested student representatives to nominate for upcoming exams for permission to issue degrees. We are looking for students at universities other than where the review is being conducted.
Vocational exams
• Master's degree in agricultural and forestry systems. Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences.
• Subject teacher training with a focus on work in primary school grades 7-9 with music as the main subject, in collaboration with Södertörn University. Stockholm's Music Education Institute (SMI).
General examinations
• Master's degree in the field of Tourism and sustainable site development with main field
tourism science. Dalarna University.
The nominees must have relevant competence for assessment of the area of the education. We are looking for people who are or have recently been students/doctoral students in the educations or subject areas to which the applications apply, or in related educations or subject areas. Experience of working with issues related to the educational environment and student influence is a plus.
UKÄ wants proposals for both women and men.
