Student City of the Year
Every year, the Swedish National Union of Students (SFS) awards the Student City of the Year award to a city that excels in its work to create a good study and living environment for students.
The winner of the Student City of the Year 2026 award is Jönköping!

Jury
The Student City of the Year award is presented by the board of the Swedish National Union of Students following a proposal from the jury. The jury is led by the SFS chairman and consists of board members from various student cities in Sweden. The jury for Student City of the Year 2027 consists of:
- Hampus Haugland, chairman of the Swedish National Union of Students, Gothenburg
- Felix Kohler, Umeå
- Gustav Heldt, Stockholm
