On September 22, 2021, the Swedish National Union of Students invites you to a training course for student safety representatives at student unions. The training is aimed at current or former student safety representatives at student unions. All member unions are welcome to participate.
Click here to register. The training will take place on September 22nd on Zoom between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
We will, among other things, address:
- The connection between study environment and mental health
- Laws and regulations for the work environment in higher education
- Discrimination and sexual harassment
- The role of student safety representatives
We hope that you will participate even if you have already completed occupational health and safety training elsewhere, as the training will include elements that may not always be included in occupational health and safety training offered by some universities. It is also an opportunity to discuss occupational health and safety issues with others in the same role.
The training is carried out as part of SFS's focus question Students' psychosocial health and work environment, to strengthen knowledge about work environment work in the higher education sector. For questions, send an email to l[email protected]
