About SFS
The Swedish National Union of Students (SFS) is an association of student unions at Swedish universities and colleges and has about fifty member unions which together represent approximately 350 students. Our task is to represent the interests of member unions and students and to represent students with different backgrounds and from different educations. SFS was founded in 000 and in 1921 will celebrate 2021 years of student influence.
Event coordinator
SFS is now looking for a coordinator who will continue the implementation of the celebration of SFS '100th anniversary. As coordinator, you are responsible for the implementation of the celebration of SFS 100 years, which is a party in Stockholm City Hall on March 19, 2022. In addition, part of the service consists of common tasks linked to the organization.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have experience from event planning. If you have previously been active in a student union or have experience of student and university policy, we see it as meritorious. As a person, you have a great drive of your own, are energetic and like to collaborate with others. As a coordinator, you are expected to be able to independently lead SFS '100th anniversary celebrations and carry out the project together with SFS presidium and office.
We are looking for you as:
- Has good experience of project implementation
- Has good leadership skills
- Has a good ability to work together
- Communicates well in speech and writing in Swedish and English

Form of employment is agreed fixed-term employment up to 100%, access immediately or according to agreement with end date 2022-05-31.
