Student housing must be the fast-moving part of the housing market, which can offer housing shortly after the student has received his / her admission notice. This is often not the case today. Despite an improvement in recent years, there is still a housing shortage in most study places every autumn term start and in the larger study places the situation is strained throughout the year. Concerns about the possibilities of finding housing can affect both mental health and study results and cause some to give up their dream education. To solve the housing shortage for students, we need to free up housing for new students. Illegal residence after completing studies is unfortunately a widespread problem and the biggest problem is in cities where the regular housing market is extra difficult
