Housing Report 2026

How is the doctoral student doing? 2026
"How are doctoral students doing?" is a collaboration between the ST Trade Union and SFS, and shows that the work environment of doctoral students remains under pressure – one in three doctoral students works overtime at least once a week and six out of ten often experience stress related to their work. The report also points to widespread discrimination and harassment, and that almost two-thirds hesitate to continue their academic career due to insecure employment conditions.
