SFS's purpose is to represent and safeguard through advocacy work
the interest of member unions and students. On this page we collect information and material about SFS's advocacy work.

policy brief

During the spring of 2026, SFS has produced policy briefs, which provide concrete solution proposals in four areas. As a member, you can, for example, print out policy briefs and hand them over to politicians in connection with political meetings. They are also available for download in the document archive.

Högskolepodden

With Högskolepodden SFS wants to contribute with a platform to talk about, discuss and delve into higher education policy and student influence.

Reports

SFS releases regular reports that highlight important issues for Sweden's students. Every autumn, the Housing Report is released, which maps the housing situation in Sweden's university locations.
