SFS is looking for an organizational secretary!
As an organizational secretary, you are responsible for the planning and implementation of SFS administration and finances. You are responsible for following up the activities and are administrative support for all parts of the organization, especially SFS chairman and vice chairman.
As an organizational secretary at SFS's office, you are the spider in the web between the board and the office. You are the backbone of the chancellery for all activities. You like to provide service, solve problems big and small. Some typical examples of tasks are keeping records, planning for board meetings and member meetings, and keeping our website up to date. You are also helpful and perform tasks related to the office's work environment work, a partner and a wonderful colleague!
The workplace is in Stockholm.
Who are you?
We are looking for you as:
- Has experience in finance, accounting and bookkeeping.
- Communicates well in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
- Is thorough, structured and enjoys administrative tasks.
SFS is a small workplace with two elected representatives and five employees with different tasks, where much is based on everyone taking responsibility for their own work. It is an advantage if you have a university education and knowledge of the higher education sector. It is also an advantage if you have experience of or understanding of the relationship between a non-profit board and an office with employees.

Form of employment is permanent employment with 6 months probationary employment. Access immediately or by agreement. The service is full time, 38,75 hours a week. We have a collective agreement and apply individual wage setting.

The Swedish National Union of Students, SFS, was founded in 1921 and is an association of student unions at Swedish universities and colleges. SFS has about fifty member corps which together represent approximately 350 students. Our task is to represent the interests of member unions and students nationally and internationally.
