SFS is looking for an organizational secretary!

As organizational secretary, you are responsible for planning and implementing SFS's administration and finances. You are responsible for monitoring the operations and providing administrative support to all parts of the organization, especially the SFS chairman and vice chairman. 

As an organizational secretary at the SFS office, you are the spider in the web between the board and the office. You are the office's mainstay for all operations. You like to provide service, solve problems large and small. Some typical examples of work tasks are keeping records of documents, planning for board meetings and member meetings, and keeping our website updated. You are also helpful and perform tasks related to the office's work environment work, a collaborator and a wonderful colleague!

The workplace is in Stockholm.

Who are you?

We are looking for you as:

  • Has experience in finance, accounting and reporting.
  • Communicates well verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
  • Is meticulous, structured and enjoys administrative tasks.

SFS is a smaller workplace with two elected representatives and five employees with different tasks, where much is based on everyone taking responsibility for their own work. It is an advantage if you have a university education and knowledge of the higher education sector. It is also an advantage if you have experience of or understanding of the relationship between a non-profit board and an office with employees.

The employment type is permanent with a 6-month probationary period. Immediate start or by agreement. The position is full-time, 38,75 hours per week. We have a collective agreement and apply individual salary setting.
