- That students should get better health insurance is one of SFS 'most important issues. It is fun to see that our campaign #heltsjukt has made a difference and that most people agree that the rules must be changed so that students get the right to part-time sick leave, says SFS chairman Rebecka Stenkvist.

The background to the survey is that SFS wants to encourage students to vote and highlight what the parties think on some issues that are important to students.

- We want to urge all students to exercise their democratic right to vote, concludes Rebecka Stenkvist.

In addition to students' right to part-time sick leave, SFS wants the rules to be changed so that even students who do not take study grants should be covered by health insurance, that the waiting period for illness should be shortened and that higher education institutions should have a clearer responsibility for student rehabilitation. The only party that says no to students being able to be on sick leave part-time is the Moderates, who want to wait for the results of the parliamentary social insurance inquiry.
