Network meeting #4 Circle of choir leaders

Theme: conflict and abusive discrimination

Welcome to the fourth meeting with the union leaders' cycle. This time we tackle conflict management and abusive discrimination.
  • What is a conflict and what is abusive discrimination?
  • What are the differences and similarities?
  • How should you think when a situation arises?
Among other things, we will go through different conflict styles and what characterizes an abusive differential treatment. There will also be time for reflections and questions. The starting point for the day is primarily the employer perspective.
