Onboarding - Offboarding creates the conditions for a good handover

Welcome to the ninth meeting with the union leaders' circle. This time we tackle the issue of onboarding - offboarding to hand over one's mission to the next. Is there anything we can learn from HR?

Jenny Grenander will share her own experiences regarding handover both as elected representative and as HR manager.

Jenny Grenander has a long background from civil society, where she has, among other things, been vice president of the Karlstad student union, president of the magazine Bang and treasurer of Hammarby boxing. She has previously been HR manager at the Swedish Afghanistan Committee and, among other things, developed their onboarding processes. Nowadays, she is the recruitment manager at the Academic Union SSR.
