Onboarding – Offboarding, so you create the conditions for a good handover

Welcome to the ninth meeting of the union leaders' circle. This time we will tackle the issue of onboarding – offboarding to hand over one's assignment to the next. Is there anything we can learn from HR? 

• How do you end your assignment in a nice way?
• How do we ensure that the next one gets the best possible start?
• How do we reduce organizational vulnerability during shifts?

Jenny Grenander will share her own experiences regarding handover both as an elected representative and as an HR manager.

Jenny Grenander has a long background in civil society, where she has been vice-chair of the Karlstad student union, chair of the magazine Bang and treasurer of Hammarby boxing. She has previously been HR manager at the Swedish Afghanistan Committee, developing their onboarding processes. She is currently the recruitment manager at the Swedish Academic Association SSR.
