Report release: University pedagogy - What do the student unions think?

Welcome to the SFS report release!

How do Sweden's student unions view higher education pedagogy? Which aspects of the pedagogy are perceived as most significant for students' learning, and how can the current pedagogy be strengthened to better meet the students' needs and expectations? SFS has investigated this in a new report: Higher education pedagogy - What do the student unions think? A survey on higher education pedagogy among SFS student unions.

During a live panel discussion, we will present the report, and then dive deep into discussions with education politicians, students and representatives from the higher education sector.
Panelists (to be updated):
  • Camilla Hansén, Member of Parliament and education policy spokesperson, Green Party
  • Hannes Snabb, chairman, Liberal students
  • Nils Ekedahl, vice chancellor, Södertörn University
  • Klara Bolander Laksov, professor of higher education pedagogy and medical pedagogy, Stockholm University
  • Martin Stigmar, professor of higher education, Malmö University
  • Johanna Strickert, president, Dalarna Student Union
  • Anton Skäppegård, vice chairman with responsibility for education, Humanities and Theology Student Union at Lund University.

Jacob Färnert, SFS chairman, moderates the panel discussion.

The call will be broadcast live on Facebook.
