SFS Focus: Student health

The next SFS Focus will shed light on students' health and what physical movement has for positive effects on physical and psychosocial health. Our more sedentary lifestyle has far-reaching effects both in the short and long term for students' health.

Therefore, the Swedish National Union of Students and the Swedish Academic Sports Association (SAIF) have decided to establish a joint network with the aim of inspiring and making it easier for student unions to work proactively with students' health.

The network will have a start-up as a whole SFS Focus on March 30 between 14.00 and 16.00. We will present here why we think this is important and what the network should contribute. At the same time, we will be visited by Elin Ekblom Bak, associate professor at GIH and former national team player in football, who talks about the importance of moving for both physical and mental health.

You are very welcome to listen to this lecture and if you are interested in participating in the network, register here.
