As a member of one of SFS's committees, you get the opportunity to immerse yourself in a topic that is close to your heart. The committees' work forms a central part of SFS's activities in the area and is ongoing throughout the financial year.
I the doctoral student committee do you advise the presidium and the board on matters concerning doctoral students in Sweden. During the past year, SFS-DK, for example, has been leading in the debate on Sweden's amended migration law. You can apply for the position as chairman of SFS-DK, as vice chairman or member.
As a member of Comet you advise the presidium and the board on international issues, and act as the students' international voice. Komit has a regular dialogue with SFS's partners in other countries, for example by participating in the European Students' Union. They have also worked with student issues related to the war in Ukraine.
As a member of SQC are you advising on issues related to education quality. SQC works as a knowledge and
competence center that ensures that the student movement is strengthened in matters of quality in higher education. They organize meetings within The network for education managers and monitors quality issues continuously during the year.
