Description
The working group must, in dialogue with politics, relevant authorities, business and organizations, take inventory of the educational institutions' ability to ensure the educational needs for:
1) civil defense and crisis preparedness
2) military defense.
Start a dialogue about research needs for the total defense and the crisis preparedness system.
Delimitation: Questions related to the higher education institutions' regular security protection work are not included in the working group's mandate. However, a representative from the safety manager's network is attached to the working group to ensure the necessary dialogue.
Members of the working group should initially be drawn from universities in the locations whose county administrative boards are responsible for the management of the six new civil areas. The armed forces are also planning adjustments in their regional division to facilitate cooperation with the civil defense.
When the working group has started its work, representatives from other universities will also be invited to participate.
