SFS and SFS-DK writes report about delays of doctoral education
Today SFS-DK together with SFS launch our report ”Delays of doctoral education due to the corona pandemic”.
When the pandemic first hit the Swedish higher education system, doctoral education did not receive a lot of attention – there were other more pressing matters. There was also a hope that it would be back to normal after the summer of 2020, this turned out not to be the case. A year has almost passed, and we now start to see the long term effects on doctoral education.
The report centers around the current doctoral situation, the question of prolongation and recommended measures.
